Support, implement, and train our clients who are using our enterprise travel reservation software platform.

Qualifications

BA-level either in  IT, Business, Tourism, Maths or related. Previous experience in IT support and knowledge of  tourism are highly beneficial. Excellent written and verbal command of English.

activities

A typical day involves

  • Analysing and resolving Support Tickets
  • Escalating Tickets to our Tech Team
  • Following-up on Tickets
  • Online meetings with Clients, Tech Team and Management
  • Registration of activities and reporting

 Regular tasks/ activities involve

  • Implementation of our software platform for onboarding clients
  • Analysing client organisational data
  • Scoping information system requirements and defining project objectives
  • Making recommendations, such as suggesting appropriate settings and workflows
  • Writing reports, manuals and documentation
  • Training (super-)users
  • Occasional (international) travel
