Qualifications
BA-level either in IT, Business, Tourism, Maths or related. Previous experience in IT support and knowledge of tourism are highly beneficial. Excellent written and verbal command of English.

activities
A typical day involves
- Analysing and resolving Support Tickets
- Escalating Tickets to our Tech Team
- Following-up on Tickets
- Online meetings with Clients, Tech Team and Management
- Registration of activities and reporting
Regular tasks/ activities involve
- Implementation of our software platform for onboarding clients
- Analysing client organisational data
- Scoping information system requirements and defining project objectives
- Making recommendations, such as suggesting appropriate settings and workflows
- Writing reports, manuals and documentation
- Training (super-)users
- Occasional (international) travel
